You tell us! Our team is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Will our team speak English?

Of course! Our team members in customer services and sales roles are fluent in English. We measure proficiency through written and verbal tests. On top of that, we also do Language Training to further strengthen our team's communication skills.

How do we communicate with our team?

We can communicate on whatever platform you prefer: Skype, Google Hangouts, Slack, Zoom, etc. We especially like using video calls to develop genuine relationships with you.

Are the team members employed through Boldr or us? What are the risks (if any) that we might face?

As our client, you won't face any liability or risk any claims against you. We'll take care of risk management.

Why did Boldr decide to build a team in the Philippines?

The short answer: after graduating from USC, our CEO began his business career in the Philippines. Aside from that, the country has a strong IT and communication infrastructure; excellent education system; and great value in terms of resource cost.

Can we be involved in the recruitment of our team?

Sure! Having our Clients involved in the hiring and interview process is a great way to make sure everyone is on the same page. We'd recommend doing this for the first couple of hires, especially if it's a highly niche role.

Would there be a dedicated team working with us?

Yes! To deliver our promise of providing high-quality, custom solutions, we put together a dedicated team for each Client. As an extention of your own team, they will master the ins and outs of your processes like the back of their hand.

How does Boldr handle technical difficulties?

With finesse. Our Philippines headquarters is located in a corporate center equipped with backup generators. We're also heavily invested in internet connectivity to ensure speed and minimal downtime.

How soon can we start working together?

It depends on the complexity and size of the project. Expect between 2 to 6 weeks to build and fully train a team.

How would you train and retrain the team?

You can have as much (or as little) involvement in training the team. But one thing's for sure: we'll work closely with you to ensure that all your requirements are met, and that any updates will be properly cascaded to the team.

In the event that our dedicated team member unexpectedly cannot report for work, do you have a back up plan?

Absolutely! We have a special cross-trained team who can quickly jump in for the day.

Is there a minimum number of people to start?

Nope. Flexibility is one of our strong suits. We can start with whatever team size you need. We recommend an hourly model for smaller teams and a dedicated team model for larger teams.

Do you also have KPIs?

Of course! It's important for us to deliver every step of the way. So, we set Key Performance Indicators that show exactly the kind of support and performance you expect from us.
